We are looking for a Web Developer to develop & maintain our D2S [?] products.

Profile

An experienced, web developer who won’t settle for being less than #1. Acroterion has been ranked as #5 in Worldwide Search Engine Solutions. #1 in Canada.

We have been growing and winning new business and need additional talent. Particularly, we need someone with extensive Internet knowledge and PHP programming, HTML, MySql and Perl. Webmaster experience and/or search engines understanding are also a significant asset.

Minimum education required

• Diploma in Software/Internet Development

The ideal candidate is a strong PHP developer that is also

• Technically savvy, results-oriented, and quality-focused.
• Capable of learning & working independently.
• Very well organized and meticulous.
• Skilled at analyzing and discussing complex design challenges.
• Ability to handle multitasks under pressure.

All developers are expected to

• Possess a minimum of 1+ years Internet programming experience.
• Efficiently code in PHP, HTML, XML, Perl and JavaScript, using MySql. 
• Perform unit testing and functional testing prior to submission of work.
• Deliver assigned tasks on time and to scope.
• Maintain and support clients.
• Gain industry knowledge by self learning after work hours.

It would be an asset to have

• Knowledge of Web Services.
• Experience with Search Engines technologies.
• Webmaster skills.
• ASP programming skills.
