We began our assignment for the famous Fantasyland Hotel (Ghermezian Family large scale ventures), as we always do, by understanding the client's business environment, business challenges, and goals. No matter how famous and unique, the Fantasyland Hotel competes in a business where margins are tight. And what matters is the occupancy rate and cost control. The hotel's marketing was producing 80%-90% occupancy rates that they were justifiably proud of.
